Criminal Charges For Lehman Execs Likely

It's been a crazy week. 

In recent days, I have spoken to several of the whistle blowers who helped the Examiner and the Feds; I received some amazing information, there are Fireworks ahead in the near term. I know for a fact the SEC, the Justice Dept, US Attorney Southern District New York, US Attorney Eastern District New York, NY AG Andrew Cuomo's Office and the New Jersey Securities Bureau are hot on the trail.

They are all working together and have been working closely with the Examiner. This effort is much more robust than anyone / the press realizes.

Examiners Report feedback is creating momentum as well. I am so proud of the recent feed back on our book; people are saying "you nailed it." 

And I say to them "we" nailed it as a team.

I think there will be criminal and civil legal action. The key on the criminal side the Feds are working on is "proving a pattern of deception."
